The lower floor consists of another spacious living area with a stone fireplace and a queen size sleeper couch. In addition, there is a game area and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sit down counter with bar sink.

The living area separates two bedroom suites. One bedroom consists of 2 queen size beds and private bath and the other contains a king size bed and bath. As with the upper level, all rooms are accessible to the lower wrap around deck and have huge windows providing the same magnificent view of the lake and mountain range.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and all linens will be supplied. The laundry room is located on the lower floor with a heavy duty washer and dryer The house has fans in many rooms as well as central heat and air conditioning. Satellite televisions and VCR's are provided on both floors.
